Redevelopment potential, i.e. enbloc.
This topic is very subjective, really based on the market situation. in my humble opinion, based on current real estate condition, I believe that it is highly unlikely. However when the property market pick up in years to come, we definite will be seeing more of the enbloc actions seen just a few years back.
Every plot has its own potential including Le Arc. It is very difficult to guess which plots the developer will be interested in also.
