Morning,

TDSR and ABSD are the financial killer for most property buyers. With ABSD removed, it will attract more buyers into the market as they can better utilize their fundings to get somethings of better quality and sizing. Given said so, with the current supply of new projects and unsold units, removal of ABSD might not have immediate results. However, in the long run, it might be hard to say.

In my opinion, the developers are adjusting the prices of new launch so that buyers will continue to buy. The developers have also considered the ABSD that buyers have to pay when deciding on the price.

Also , in my opinion, I would say that removing the ABSD will attract more demand and prices may go up.

However, you may want to consider such a scenario whereby ABSD is here to stay.

Are you thinking of purchasing a property for investment? May I understand what are your requirements?
