Good morning! If you don't have any outstanding loan and manage to obtain 80% loan, it will be 5% cash downpayment and 15% CPF or cash downpayment. If you have outstanding loan and able to obtain 50% loan, it will be 25% cash downpayment and 25% CPF or cash downpayment. So do you own a property and still have existing loan? How much cash and CPF OA funds do you have? And i will introduce my panel of bankers to advise you on your in principle approval so you can gauge how much loan you can obtain.
