I would assume that you had fulfilled your MOP. When you did your seller checklist, did you note the period that you need to wait before you can grant the Option? Are you aware of the ethnic group restriction within your block? Have you done the CMA to understand how much your unit can fetch? How about the plans that is to come after selling of your current unit? Maybe abit on how much is your proceed from sales or would it be a negative sales?
If your answers to these few simple questions happens to be a long pause, I would advice that you engage an agent to assist you accordingly.
