For divorce cases, it would be best to wait for final judgement before proceeding with the sales. You would not know what might come into the picture before things have being finalized. It would definitely be good to work with only one agent so that things can be managed better.

I believe by now you would have some idea when should you start the marketing campaign and the answer to engaging 1 or more salesperson in the representation of sale.

Typically, I would not even recommend each party to get their individual salesperson as it would deem to have certain extent of baiseness. A more neutral selection could be both of you sit down together and select a salesperson together through short interview. This salesperson can be picked out from anywhere as long as both of you do not know the salesperson in the first place therefore no hidden agenda in the whole process and this salesperson can also do his job professionally.
