In the HDB BTO November 2022 launch, a new batch of flats has been launched in Bukit Batok. The last time a BTO launch occurred in Bukit Batok was in February 2021.
West Glades @ Bukit Batok BTO is located at the confluence of Bukit Batok West Avenue 2 and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and houses 790 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats.
The BTO site enjoys good public transport connectivity (Bukit Gombak MRT is located about 10 minutes walk away), and Bukit Batok is a relatively established area despite being a non-mature estate. Hence, it is likely to be a popular choice for households looking for an affordable flat.
