Top 10 Best-Selling Condos in Q3 2022: Why Are They So Popular?
Prices for private homes have continued to increase in Q3 2022 due to pent-up demand. According to the PropertyGuru Singapore Property Market Outlook 2023, new price benchmarks were set in the Outside Central Region (OCR) as new major launches for the quarter – AMO Residence, Sky Eden @ Bedok and Lentor Modern – were well-received.
Lentor Modern sold 84% of its 605 units during its weekend launch while AMO Residence sold 98% of its 372 units on its launch weekend. On the other hand, Sky Eden @ Bedok sold nearly 75% of its 158 units on launch day.
