misleading prices..
Went to the showflat, was shown 900psf on their agent list folder. When we enquired about 2bed rm, developer changed their price and increased price to 1090psf. Later, we realised 484sqft, 732sqft, 807 and 840sqft all asking the same 1000psf at below 5th floor. unrealistic price and it will be another starville (launched 2006), Grosvenor view (2008) which have difficulty selling 3-5years down the road if price too high. next to noisy PIE and AT LEAST 15mins walk to MRT. Capital appreciation is very slow that area and not worth it. -
