Rare Gem Living if you are not sensitive to t
Great facilities inside the condo. From jacuzzi and steam sauna, grocery shop, ample parking space, tennis court, theatre room, gym, karaoke & music/sound system room, 2 big function halls just like you are in an external resort & hotel. Reasonable nice landscaping. A bus stop is just situated outside the condo entrance and great connectivity to MRT or if not, you need to walk at least 15-20mins to the MRT. But so long if you are not sensitive to the traffic noise from PIE especially during the peak hours or at night, you can able to consider this freehold development. -

Freehold condo with full facilities & ameniti
It's a great condo, I have been living here for a long time. It has great facilities & amenities like full size pool, also kids pools and small playground inside the condo itself. Jacuzzi and Steam Sauna, grocery shop inside the condo. Expansive parking space for residents and vast parking for visitors. Tennis court, Theatre room, Gym, Karaoke room and full blown music systems, 2 big function halls. So much greenery and clean fresh breeze all day and night. Bus stop next to the conso entrance and great connectivity to MRT and many schools nearby. Very near to Katong and Siglap. Many pits for BBQ. Dog Park for pets and Badminton court next to the condo entrance. Big kids playground with direct access for condo residents and tenants as well. Not close to PIE so no noise at all. Very quite. -

Good place for stay
Good amenities but things can be better maintained. Condo management should be more diligent regarding maintainable of flora (eg watering them) instead of just changing new plants, removing sick leaves etc every now and then. Love the quietness, makes it feel surreal that I’m still in Singapore. Over here, there’s enough space to walk dogs (dog park is right outside condo) even during covid lock down. -

Hidden Gem in the East
We fell in love with this place when we saw it two years back. Two years later we still feel it’s such a steal. There’s ample amenities (BIG pool, kids pool, hot jacuzzi pool, gym, reading room, karaoke room etc), and lots of space to hang around comfortably (v important during covid). We renovated the interior fully so all is good. Window faces south so no glaring sun, with some amazinh unblock -

Repairs are never done on time
Lot of shortcomings. Very poor management, never listens to you. Repairs are never done on time. Units facing PIE have 10 hours of direct sun, so become very hot during the day. Also noisy and dusty. No real connectivity except for only 1 MRT station that too 1 Km away. Only good part is the greenery around the condo -

Don't go for PIE facing units !
It's a very secluded condo. Has connectivity issues because only 1 MRT that too after 10 minute walk. PIE facing units are direct sun facing and noisy so should be avoided. Otherwise all regular facilities of a decent condo are available -

Convenient & Quiet Location for Home Stay
Well-maintained and reasonable size condo. Only short distance to Kembangan MRT which makes travelling very convenient to other places. -
