I bought a unit at Park Colonial from the developer and have to say I am very satisfied with the facilities. There is an abundant of lush greenery and the landscaping is wonderful. There are two pools, a lap pool on the upper deck and a river lookalike winding pool on the lower deck. When you swim in the lower pool, both sides of the pools have greenery and the swimming experience feels private, like you are in a secluded oasis. There are a few gourmet pavilions throughout the condo and you can swim to 2 of these gourmet corners. So imagine, if you book a gourmet corner for a family BBQ, the kids could be swimming and when the food is ready, they can just ascend the steps to reach the BBQ corner. An MRT station is literally downstairs. Only downside for my block is it faces a main road.

Park Colonial is a beautifully designed project. I purchased a condo unit that offers a lot of indoor and outdoor space. The developer has designed beautiful recreational spaces from the lounges to the pools and tennis courts, encouraging an active lifestyle. Since I am a regular marathon runner, I’m quite excited to move in here to continue my fitness goals. My current house is in an old project and the nearest gym is 15 minutes away.
I purchased an apartment at Park Colonial in District 13 with the plan to rent it out as soon as the project is completed. Since connectivity to the development is excellent and the access to schools, healthcare facilities and other amenities are fantastic, I should be able to rent out the apartment quickly. The project is located right in the heart of Singapore, with easy connectivity to the CBD.
The project is near to the main road and facing the busy upper serangoon road, the front facing block with upper serangoon road is going to be very noisy ! not for people like the peace and quiet
