Good Long Term Investment
Both my husband and myself have seen a few Parc Oasis units and finally make an offer to purchase a three bedder unit at very high floor and importantly facing the lakeview with no blocking. Yes. The price is very steep but we felt it is worth it as it falls within our affordability. For a start , our whole family will move to Parc Oasis to enjoy the spectacular view especially during the night time when we are all back from work and school. After months of assessing Parc Oasis , we can consider this estate a very good start for a healthly family life. We all look forward to receive the keys to our new home soon. -

Good for own stay and investment
As an independent party , I really do not know what dmon ddd is talking. Probably I don't understand his English. Just want to comment , I have sold away my Parc Oasis unit three years , and I really regretted it. Though I have earned a profit but now the condo that I am staying is not as convenient and facilities is so so only. Every morning , has to walk 20 mins to MRT for work. cannot compare to Parc Oasis where MRT is just beside us. -

comparison
difficult to compare versus others. scores i see here are high but comparatively to other projects within jurong, the scores may be reflective. if compared against other condos around singapore island, i doubt it......1 cent comment. -

No regret buying
We have been staying at Parc Oasis for almost a year. We have no regret buying this unit as we see a real potential of this development in the near future. Beside the good location and promixity of this condo , we are looking forward to the Jurong Lake District to take shape. I saw the Master Plan 2008 blueprint , there will be a brand new world class science centre to be built beside the Chinese Garden MRT and the lake will be developed into a leisure and entertainment area for family life. My boy is now 1 year old and when he is 6 years old , he will be able to not only enjoy the condo full facilities but also the surronding newly built public facilities. As a responsible parent , we want to give our kids the best things in life. Now , we could only provide this environment for him to grow up which we think it is the best for him. -

Best Condo in the West
We have been hunting of our dream home for the past 6 months. Finally , we got a unit at Parc Oasis for a 2 bedrooms + 1 Utility room @ 1076 Sqft above 14 floor. The room size is very reasonable at least can fit in a king size bed still with adequate space to move around and we like the full height window and the high ceiling which make the house very bright and windy and enjoy the beautiful scenery every night when we are back from work. We really enjoyed our stay here with all the conveniences ie. MRT is just behind within walking distance , lot of buses in the front , a market and various shops to meet our daily needs. Not forget the government annoncement in the newspaper to develop Jurong EAST and the Lakeside into a financial hub and a leisure locations. PIE and AYE is easily accessible by cars and 5 mins drive to IMM/future "BOX" a huge shopping center and Jurong Point. As we are just one stop away from Jurong EAST MRT station , it makes this estate much quieter and not so congested to live in. The condo is built on a large plot of land and each tower is situated quite far apart so there are a lot privacy and space to breath. The facilities is superb and we even got a post office box and a SAM machine installed in the club house. In short , we will never want to sell this house away and we also pray hard that there will be no enbloc for this development in the future. This is the confirm place to stay for our retirement. -

ROOM REALLY TOO SMALL
the master bed room in the 3BR unit is really too small....once you put in a queen size bed, there is no space to put anything and very little space to walk.. the current price of almost S$9XXk for a 15 years old condo 3BR unit is too expensive.. with this price, you can find a freehold condo in a lot of much better location near to the city.. -

Best in the West!
I completely agree with Ms Catherine (Very happy in Parc Oasis! Nov 18, 2009). The unfair and poor reviews are from those who hadn't seen the real & true Parc Oasis. My family and I have been living there since TOP (1995). We have since seen many other condos in the West, and have yet to regret our choice for Parc Oasis as our home, in every aspect of living. -

Very happy in Parc Oasis!
I find some of the reviews very unfair with this condo. I have just moved in with my family in one of the bigger (1389) units, and we just love it. The two main bedrooms are bright and big enough for king size beds and additional wardrobes, even if you cannot call them huge. As for our living room, it is enormous, with a beautiful view on the trees and pool. In some other units we visited before, you could hear a bit of traffic noise, but our unit is very quiet and peaceful: It is a good idea to visit many and compare! We were told higher units were more popular in Singapore, but the first few floor units in Parc Oasis are all more beautiful, in our opinion, with lovely greenery from the big parc. The view on the pool through the trees is just so relaxing! The pool is huge, with a nice shape, and never overcrowded as I have seen in neighbouring new condos. It's a great, spacious place to raise a family and my kids just love it. The MRT just opposite the back entrance and many bus lines nearby also make it very convenient for work ,even without a car. And the nice markets around provide nearly everything you need. Just one regret, there is no Cold Storage nearby, but Giant is not too far by bus or taxi, and there is a 24 hour garage shop just opposite. Recommended! -

Odd Layout
Location is good but room is too small and layout of the condo is also very odd shape.. -

Ok only
The room size is very bad.. One of the room is as small as a store room and over crowded. -
