I find some of the reviews very unfair with this condo. I have just moved in with my family in one of the bigger (1389) units, and we just love it. The two main bedrooms are bright and big enough for king size beds and additional wardrobes, even if you cannot call them huge. As for our living room, it is enormous, with a beautiful view on the trees and pool. In some other units we visited before, you could hear a bit of traffic noise, but our unit is very quiet and peaceful: It is a good idea to visit many and compare! We were told higher units were more popular in Singapore, but the first few floor units in Parc Oasis are all more beautiful, in our opinion, with lovely greenery from the big parc. The view on the pool through the trees is just so relaxing! The pool is huge, with a nice shape, and never overcrowded as I have seen in neighbouring new condos. It's a great, spacious place to raise a family and my kids just love it. The MRT just opposite the back entrance and many bus lines nearby also make it very convenient for work ,even without a car. And the nice markets around provide nearly everything you need. Just one regret, there is no Cold Storage nearby, but Giant is not too far by bus or taxi, and there is a 24 hour garage shop just opposite. Recommended!

Odd Layout
Location is good but room is too small and layout of the condo is also very odd shape..

The room size is very bad.. One of the room is as small as a store room and over crowded.

Good Location
This D22 condo is located opposite to the Chinese Garden MRT and is within walking distance to nearby amenities such as coffee shops, supermarkets.
The swimming pool is beautiful and unique in shape and this is where residents can have a relaxing swim on weekends and after work.
The condo is very well-maintained and its management committee has also been active in organising events for all residents on periodic basis or during festivities.
This condo is definitely for people who enjoy quality family time and outdoor funs
Though this condo don't have fantastic architectural feature, Living here is like living in a resort. The place is not "crowded' it the sense that there is enough space for everyone to relax n enjoy the facilities. The distance between the blocks are quite far apart, unlike the new condos nowadays where they are so jam packed till you can practically hear the echoing of the tv programmes bouncing off from one block to another.
They have the basement carpark which you see less nowadays as new condos usually have only multi-storey carparks. Yes, And the condo is surrounded by lush greenery on one side, and the beautiful lake on the other side.
If I live at there with my family ,there must be heaven,. I hope that they wont en-bloc this condo some day

Parc Oasis
One of the oldest condo in the west. Full facilities, very spacious public area except some need refurbishment..
