Spacious !!
The MRT station is right next door—just cross the pedestrian bridge and you can easily reach it. The landscaped gardens inside are so enchanting that they instantly put you at ease. Living here feels like staying at a resort, surrounded on all sides by ancient, towering trees, with greenery and gardens that feel completely natural. -

Huge improvement
Recent changes in management and MCST means that the estate is now so much more well maintained and run. Units are big and spacious. The ground floor units have a high ceiling and the upper floor units have amazing views of the lake. -

Bad management attitude
Management team of this condo is bad. I think most people who lives in this condo would agree on this. They have a small office near the swimming pool. Go there once, very bad attitude and cannot make sense. I don't think they think they are here to serve residents of this condo. I think they believe they rule the condo. Pathetic. -

Parc oasis condo review
Worst condo ever .have only one entrance. If your block is at the last need to walk all the way to the main entrance and get in. One small entrance there only easy access to Chinese gardens mrt. Small gym . To use gym need to be member in icondo app and then get residence pass if you are tenant. No rain shelter walk to mrt. Waste condo -

Little gem in the West
The condo’s strategic position is among the best in the area. Right next to MRT, Jurong Lake District, upcoming new Science Centre and good schools. Good size units and well maintained. A truly homey place to be. We are enjoying our stay here. -

Poor management and old condo
The condo are very old with a lot of unwanted visitors such as lizard, cockroaches and ants around this old condo. There is even rat running frantic in the elevator! The security guard is attitude is the worst. They are very rude to the residents and very unreasonable. I would not recommend to rent or buy this condo! -

Poor management office service
I lived there for a few months, I moved out in Feb 2021, overall good location. But the service from management office is very poor. Irresponsive and the parking deposit refund ($200) is taking forever (they can only refund in cheque mode, no others mode allowed), after 4 months, I am still waiting, .. I wonder how much times it take for the council to agree on refund something bigger value. -

living
nearby all look rundown, best only for mrt, pool very small, security no good can see a lot of people move through the units due to mrt as door not lock properly. very hot during afternoon top floor -

old is gold
one of the older developments but location is good! size of units are decent. but compared to latest developments, PO looks like a bargain! huge 1076 vs 700 for a 2 bedroom unit etc.. -

Near MRT, but odd shape house
Relatively big project near chinese garden mrt. Near to the JLD. The compound is not bad. Relatively well maintained for its age. However, the rooms are odd shaped. Note: Saw a lot of workers hanging around the MRT station. Thus, the feeling is not that good. -
