Parc Oasis
Parc Oasis is a relatively matured condominium sitting on a vast piece of land with full condominium facilities. Being right in front of Chinese Garden MRT station and at the doorstep of the Jurong Lake District, and at relatively low price per square feet, it is a reasonable buy. Parc Oasis
Not a good investment pty in time to come as there are also many new one nearby and also new one's are coming up nearby. Today's yield may not sustain down the road. At this period of shortage of rental place yield is already at such a low amt, some more with interest rate at such low raete. Now already return at borderline. -

Great place to stay for the booming west
My family and I moved in here a few months ago. Initially I was skeptical to be so 'far out west', but took on a lease since it was just a station away from my place of work at Jurong East. We had looked at over 40 condos in D9-11 and D22-24 until we settled with this one. After nearly 6 months I think we made the best choice. Its not city living, but we had done that in London and Sydney. The Chinese & Japanese Gardens are just close by, and my wife has started a Bonsai course. Whilst the complex's gym isn't great its got 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a driving range and a large pool, and a huge park next to it. This condo is the closest to any MRT, so great until we 'save' up to buy a car! All in all its a great place. Its old but that means larger living spaces and better value for money. The wow factor of interior design soon fades whilst the practicality of more space stays on. -

20 years old Condo!!!
I agree on the odd shape living space. I really think the management should refurnish the whole place since just check with agent it is 20 years old property! I think it is more suitable for rental yeild than own stay. -

Odd shape living room
The living room and one of the bed room is very odd shape. The interior and exterior definately need major paint job. The lake facing units bad bad choice as afternoon sun is unbearable. Its like a OVEN! Overall, I think its more for student expats. -

Mass condo with age. Total waste of time just to make a trip there to meet the agent. -

ONE OF THE OLDEST CONDO IN WEST
Dirty pool. Run down common toilet tiles, gym and common areas. One of the oldest condo in the west. More for HDB upgraders or rental. -

No Worth
A 15 years property selling at such price is crazy. A 3 bed room cost S$1,000,000? Infiniti 3 beds with similar sqft in Westcoast is selling at S$1,050,000. AND its a Freehold! TOP 2008. Pool side is old and interior definately need furnishing. Property price will dip. Don't think its a good time to enter mkt. -

Parc Oasis - an excellent Condo
We bought a 3 BR flat and moved here about 3 months back. We had to finislise a condo in the west within very short span of time. Based on the recommendations from our friends and reviews in few web-sites including our “Propertyguru”, we short listed few condos and finally decided to buy in Parc Oasis. First and foremost, we love the peaceful living here. Even though there are close to 900 families in this grand compound, we hardly see any part of the compound is crowded at any time unlike some other condos short listed earlier. The blocks are quite apart and lot of greenery within the compound. We really enjoy each and every part of it including the pavement along the compound wall for leisure walking and jogging. In addition we have an excellent unblocked view of Chinese Garden and the lake from our flat, which is quite refreshing at anytime of the day! We pray and hope that there is no “enbloc” for this great facility AT ALL! -

value for money
This place is defintely value for money. wih the new keppel condo coming up,price likely to reach 1000psf.,also the blueprint for the chinese garden and the lake in the future,likely to be the next cbd of singapore....also not forgetting enbloc potential... 2 cents worth.. -
