  Great place to live near nature!

  I have been living here for many years. It is convenient with the blue MRT line. Now with the NS Hub coming up, there will be more facilities available. Also, there will be sheltered walkways to the MRT station. It is a cosy nice home near nature. Not too near, or too far from the city centre, nice place to wake up with birds chirping.

  inconvenient/dusty and noisy/no views

  The MRT is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo, and it's uphill. The construction seems like it's not finishing any time soon —it's super dusty, smelly and noisy until 10 pm, Monday through Saturday. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you are sensitive to noise and dust. And if you're working from home, closing the balcony door doesn't provide much relief. Plus, there's only one gate to the condo no side gate at all, which is incredibly annoying since there are many cars coming in and out frequently. Renting here a year is more than enough. Only good thing are the security guards, they are friendly and nice.

  Low Building Quality; Noise Issue; Far from M

  The building suffers from low-quality materials issues visible everywhere from the common areas to the interiors of the units. Units inside some stacks constantly experience loud sounds coming from bedroom and toilet walls from day to night, possibly due to the metals in the wall or fixings on the outer wall of the building; Management tried to fix the issue but failed due to inaction from the resident committee worried by the cost of doing so. Right next to the huge construction site of the MINDEF NS registration center, causing noise and dust problems for many years.

  Feel scam

  Ytd defects. Good for expats but not for family who wish to settling. Major defects on the wall. Cracked line appear everywhere and even on the floor. Some units toilet doesn't even have windows for ventilation. Mould appear after sometime. Feel cheated after setteling down with the purchase. What a waste that the marble tile was a major defects.

  Workmanship issue

  I know alot of owner does not speak out. My friend stay here and comments that all units have serious marble tile crack issue. They used low quality grade and now many choose to camouflage the defects using carpets.

  Peaceful and Quiet

  The public will be able to use facilities like food and beverage outlets, a childcare centre and fitness area at the upcoming NS Hub.

  Green location, but noise environment, and po

  The location is really great - lot's of greenery, close to Bukit Batok Park and Bukit Timah Reservoir, Green Corridor just next door. However, a massive condo coming up next door is annoying, and there's a 5-lane road junction currently build directly below, leading to significant noise levels throughout the entire week. The condo itself is ok-ish, however it makes you wonder what the architects were thinking: They seem to have been very car centric in their designs. So, not a very well thought through layout of the condo itself, no side gate, doors lacking logical opening mechanisms, etc. The build of the apartments is equally medium-well - cracks showing already, sound isolation to neighbours rather limited. Only upside: Nice view if you happen to have a unit with a balcony.

  Nice and cosy place.

  Its located in a very serene neighbourhood. Close to nature, e.g. bukit timah nature reserve at your door step, yet with a shopping centre just right opposite the block. Near to MRT too.
