Condo with fantastic view & efficient layout
I'm looking to buy a condo in the peaceful and serene environment of Hillview area. This condo is definitely one of my top choices with its very efficient layout and peaceful surroundings. Just next to the HillV2 mall too! So it would be very convenient for to shop and eat. A friend of mine bought a unit at block 101 and collected keys last month. Like with all new condos in Singapore, the owners get a one year warranty period where they can get the developer to fix any shortcomings or issues. My friend being a proud owner got me and a few others to check for defects, and we found the usual stains and some small issues which can be easily rectified! Happy for her and hope I can buy one unit at Hillview Peak for investment soon too! -

Some issues on condo
Just collected my keys last week. Quite a number of defects. Floor marble cracked. Windows leaked water when raining. Wall have cracks. Termites on some ground Floor units. -
