Quiet living
Tucked right at the end of Hillview Avenue, this estate offers a rare mix of greenery, peace, and convenience. Units facing the newly built CMPB enjoy permanently unblocked views stretching past Upper Bukit Timah Road towards Assumption English School and Hazel Park Condominium, making the area feel spacious and airy. The estate is especially quiet at night since the CMPB field is not a brightly lit stadium, and the surroundings calm down after 7pm. Surrounded by lush greenery, the area also feels naturally cooler. Despite the tranquil setting, connectivity is excellent — about 5 minutes to Hillview MRT Station, 2 minutes to HillV2, 10 minutes to The Rail Mall, and 15 minutes to Hillion Mall, all with great food and amenities nearby. -

Peaceful
Not sure why the rating is so low, probably brought down by older reviews from the mindef and midwood construction which were completed. It’s been more than 3 years here, I enjoyed my stay here. It’s peaceful and serene. Guards and neighbors are friendly. Facilities are not crowded. Feels like coming to a resort every time I’m back home. The new management is also prompt with our request and made many improvements like the new side gate, refurbished tennis court. -

Pleasant, Convenient, and Continuously Improv
We bought our unit a few years ago and, despite initial concerns from old reviews, our experience has been entirely positive. The environment is peaceful, and the community from residents to management, security, and cleaners is warm and friendly. Management is proactive, adding conveniences like facial recognition entry and a new side gate that shortens the walk to the bus stop and MRT. Hillview Connect beside condo has also improved access to the BKE. The condo is surrounded by greenery, with well-maintained facilities and strong community spirit. Nearby CMPB with running tracks, a football field, and Timber+ add to the appeal. With upcoming repainting and repairs, the estate continues to improve. We’re glad to call it home! -

Peaceful, convenient
Great location with nearby amenities. Tenants staying around the same communities are friendly as well, recommended! -

Hillview Peak Block 105
Have lived here for 2 years. Have found the stack very chill, quiet and with pleasant neighbours. With the help going repairs and restoration, things are generally in good working order. With CMPB completed, the view from our balcony of CMPB and the hillside is so pleasant with the sound of birds chirpy every morning. With HV2 across the road, and the HV MRT just 10 min walk away, this condo is the place to be for convenience, peaceful and quiet surroundings. -

Serene and calm development in corner of Hill
Kingsford Hillview Peak is in a really convenient and peaceful spot around Hillview. The 50m swimming pool is great for doing laps, and some units enjoy an unblocked view overlooking the new MINDEF CMPB area. The new CMPB also adds some nice touches to the neighbourhood, with a café, Timbre food court, running track, and fitness facilities open to the public. Connectivity is another plus. There’s the Hillview Connect which grants easy access to the BKE for drivers. Hillview MRT is a short 7 mins walk away for those who prefer public transport. For food and groceries, HillV2 and The Rail Mall are both close by, and the Rail Corridor is just a short walk away for those who enjoy morning runs or weekend strolls. Overall, it’s a pleasant and well-connected development. -

Misunderstood property
Guards are actually very friendly and very helpful contrary to the past reviews I have seen 2. Many works being done, haven't seen that many vending machines like Shopee collection point, Gardenia and iJooz in a condo with <800 units 3. May not be the bestttt maintained but generally really clean everywhere, tidy landscaping 4. Friendly and helpful neighbours, which is really a mix of sg and foreigners 5. Very responsive management office Perhaps there were really many defects and unpleasant things going on right after TOP but from what I've observed in the past year as a newish owner and resident, I think things are good and my stay is enjoyable!! -

Getting better!
I’ve been staying at HVP for 6 months. The construction of CMPB is completed so it’s back to peace and quiet, hopefully for years to come. With CMPB, there’s timbre plus in it, so finally food court nearby with affordable food options! Love the access to the outdoors exercise amenities which is open to public and if you are a dog lover, plenty of furry friends/neighbours to hangout with :) -

Quiet and Convenient
Just moved in two months ago, the major constructions are completed and theres no noise. Walk to mrt is shortened and nearby NS Hub and HV2 provide great convenience to amenities. -
