  Many units, many problems

  I do not like the laminate flooring provided, finishing and quality of the built-in furnishings provided is poor. Condo M.A. does a very bad job, piles of rubbish in carpark, dog poos everywhere.

  Bought a unit at High Park Residences

  I see the potential in this project as it is made up of two land parcels (biggest project there) with over 100 facilities & low mcst fee. It is located next to Thanggam LRT & near Seletar mall.
