  Mini Botanic Park in Sengkang

  High Park Residences is a beautiful condo with resort-style facilities and well-kept landscaping. The location is very convenient with Thanggam LRT nearby and Jalan Kayu and Seletar Mall just minutes away.

  Sound proofs in the unit

  This project has a worst poor sound proofing! Can heard next door neighbour flighting! Mid night upstairs neighbour children crying and couples shouting! Too lound , nosey!

  Resort Like Condo with Abundant Nature

  Best condo I have lived in. Everyday feels like resort living, with its lush greenery and tall trees not seen in other condo developments. Abundant facilities for families, and near to Jalan Kayu, Seletar Mall and Thanggam LRT. Nice Fernvale Park for dog walks. I feel so much happier staying here.

  Good vibes, well maintained

  So many facilities and connected directly to LRT. Jalan kayu is so convenient for food and seletar mall is a 5 min walk away. And there is a newly opened shengsiong (24h) just across the road. Facilities are very well maintained, I especially enjoy the water slides and pools.

  Many units, many problems

  I do not like the laminate flooring provided, finishing and quality of the built-in furnishings provided is poor. Condo M.A. does a very bad job, piles of rubbish in carpark, dog poos everywhere.

  Bought a unit at High Park Residences

  I see the potential in this project as it is made up of two land parcels (biggest project there) with over 100 facilities & low mcst fee. It is located next to Thanggam LRT & near Seletar mall.
