A new ‘flexible living’ concept has arrived in Singapore, right in the midst of Keong Saik’s shophouses, reported Business Insider.

Located at 55 Keong Saik Rd, the 60-unit Kesa House features five-room concepts that were tailored to the changing needs of guest, while housing six international F&B outlets.
It offers two studio rooms, which each measuring 29 sq m and comes with a built-in kitchen for those looking for a private cooking area.
Its Urban rooms have a view of the busy street, while Entertain rooms feature a private terrace – suitable for hosting friends. At Kesa House, friends of occupants are allowed to come up to the rooms provided they register with the hosts.
Sky rooms, on the other hand, allow guests to sleep under the stars. This comes as skylights were built on the roof of these rooms, right above the beds.
Its Cosy rooms – although the smallest of the five living spaces – feature many hidden storage spaces for occupants to enjoy.
Meanwhile, guests are encouraged to interact with each other at Kesa Lounge, which also features multiple charging stations.
Having gotten rid of the typical check-in counters, Kesa House allows guests to rest at the Kesa Lobby while they are being checked-in by hosts via electronic tablets.
Along with the Affogato Lounge, which is operated by people behind The Affogato Bar, Kesa Lobby is open to both guests and the public.
Kesa House is set to open on 15 April.
