Nestled on a 213,000 sq ft site, Amber Park comprises three 21-storey residential towers that are connected by a 32,507 sq ft rooftop recreational deck. Called Stratosphere, it features a 600-metre sky jogging track – a first-of-its-kind for a Singapore condominium – as well as gymnasium, yoga deck, gourmet dining, spa pool, lounge, landscaped garden and water features.

Unit sizes at the development range between 463 sq ft for a one-bedroom plus study and 5,005 sq ft for the biggest penthouse. All apartments are equipped with a wireless smart home system that includes a smart voice control assistant.

Prices start from a little over $1 million for a one-bedroom plus study unit, while bookings are expected to start next month when the project is officially launched.

Located near Tanjong Katong MRT station, Amber Park is the only development in the area that enjoys dual access from Amber Road and Amber Gardens. It is also a short drive to the central business district, Marina Bay area, Singapore Sports Hub and Changi Airport.

The freehold condo is also close to the East Coast Park, Parkway Parade, Kinex, 112 Katong and Katong V. Nearby schools include Tanjong Katong Primary School, CHIJ (Katong) Primary, Tao Nan School and EtonHouse International School Broadrick.

“With its excellent location and outstanding attributes, we believe Amber Park will appeal to homebuyers and investors with an eye for exceptional projects,” said CDL Group General Manager Chia Ngiang Hong.

Meanwhile, the project’s sales gallery along Tanjong Rhu Road will be the first-of-its-kind in Singapore as it features a rotating architectural model that offers dynamic perspectives of the development.

Open daily from 10.00am to 7.00pm, the sales gallery will also be one of the largest in the city-state, with wide wall screens projecting views that residents would enjoy.

Slated for completion in 2023, Amber Park is being marketed by Huttons, ERA, OrangeTee & Tie and PropNex.

With the East Coast area being one of the most desirable areas to live in, there is little wonder why prices in the area remain higher. Get more pricing insides of the area with our AreaInsider guide.
