Urban Treasures, property developer Fragrance Group’s latest 237-unit freehold condominium in Jalan Eunos, is set to be launched for sales this Saturday (30 Nov).
Situated on the former site of Eunos Mansion in District 14, the residential project comprises of two 12-storey buildings, with sizes ranging from 452 sq ft one-bedroom to 1,270 sq ft four-bedroom units.
Indicative prices for one-bedrooms start from $845,000 (or about $1,869 psf), while four-bedroom units start from $2.3 million or about $1,830 psf. The project is scheduled to be completed by end-2021.
The launch of Urban Treasures is Fragrance Group’s second project of the year following the launch of the 36-unit Jervois Treasures in District 10 back in July.
Amenities appeal to young families, working adults
According to the developer, Urban Treasures is within walking distance to two MRT stations on the Downtown Line: Kaki Bukit (700 metres) and Ubi (800 metres). The Paya Lebar Central commercial centre is within a 5-10 minute drive via the nearby Pan-Island Expressway (PIE).
For families with children, there are also several schools within a 1-kilometre radius, including Maha Bodhi School, Telok Kurau Primary, Eunos Primary and Manjusri Secondary.
On the target demographic of the condominium, Koh Wee Meng, Fragrance Group founder, executive and chief executive, said that Urban Treasures will appeal to the new generation of home buyers consisting of young families and working adults.
The condominium offers a 25-metre lap pool, gymnasium and one tennis court as part of the facilities
