Youngest age of co applicant is 35. The flat that we want to buy lease in year 1975. We like the location, the flat. However, we may not get 100% loan from HDB. What is the percentage of loan we may get? Anyone with experience can help?

Hi Aurora,

1) 35 + 53 = 88. This means this flat is unable to last the youngest till 95 years old but only 88 years old.

2) The calculation above means your utilization of CPF will be limited accordingly. You can use the below link to calculate how much you can withdraw from the CPF OA:

3) This has nothing to do with how much a loan you can receive. The MSR assessment is used to tabulate how much you can loan from the HDB or from private banks.

4) Just submit your HLE application and see how much you can loan from the HDB before dashing out to search for your flat. The HLE application is as below:
