Afternoon Lam,

HDB prices have raised for 19+% over the past one to two years, hence it's time to settle down. To soften, yes, but dive, I would doubt so, unless global market is in bad shape again.

Hi Lam,

Correct me if I am wrong. As far as I am aware, over the past 13 months or so, the government of Singapore has impleneted anti speculative measures no less than 4 times trying to curb the rising prices. Prices of all residential properties, if not all, are inter-related. With all the implentations of cooling measures, we are still looking at buyers snapping up units at project launches and others. My team alone transacted 11 landed properties over the past week.

So how do you think the market is heading?
