With the new HDB ruling, if I own a HDB flat, can I still buy a condo without selling my HDB flat?

Dear sir/madam,

As long as you have fulfilled your minimum occupation period for your HDB and can service the housing loans for 2 properties, you can purchase a condo and keep your HDB.

Yes, you may buy a private property if your Min. Occupation Period has been fulfilled.
