Hi, you can try to pay an option fee of $1 but I think it makes sense that no buyer will accept that from you. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More

ok, how much do you think sellers would consider? $200? I'm talking about those in Sengkang which are going for $100K below valuation. Would they be desperate to sell? Especially if they have to take over their new private/ EC? Anyone has firesale in SK?
Evening, In accordance to HDB OTP, Option fee amount ranges from $1 to $1000. For seller to issue you with the Option, they will be tie down to 21 days while the buyer will have the liberty to not exercise if the valuation does not do him the favor. With this kind of exposure, do you think the seller will allow themselves to be exposed to such risk? Will you accept it if you are seller? Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More

Tks for the reply. Yes, i agree that i will not want to be tied down, HDB should consider raising the option to at least 5% mandatory to compensate sellers for the risk
$1 to lock the sellers for 21 days .. Makes no sense . Maybe you can try lowballing next year Read More
