With the current HDB rules, can I still buy a condo for investment and keep my HDB flat after my 5-yr MOP? I bought my resale HDB flat in 2008 and still have outstanding HDB loan after MOP. If yes, can I use my remainding CPF monies to pay for the condo?

Hi Upgrader,

You are still able to buy condo and keep your hdb flat, after you had fulfilled the MOP of your HDB flat.

Please do noted that the next mortgage loan that you are eligible will be max of 60% due to the existing mortgage loan that you had.
