With Circle line starting in 17 april, prices for estates near Paya lebar all rise up, even for 30 years old estate like Haig road also increase.

Questions :
1. Valuation for Haig road has hit the highest now, is it likely to increase further ?

2. Is it possible to buy a mid floor corner 3I unit with around $40k-45$k in Haig road as i do not mind th eunit is original as i will re-renovate it. Currently all asking for at least $5ok - $60k even no renovation at all
