With a monthly salary of around 4k, will the bank lend me around 600k to buy a condo?

Afternoon Ms Tan,

Why not I introduce some bankers to advise you on the possible loan amount that you can loan up to?

FYI if you dont have an outstanding housing loan, you are able to loan up to 80% of the purchase/ valuation of the unit.

Hi Ms Tan,

If tou do not have any other financial commitments, e.g car loan, i believe the amount should be enough.

However, it would be best if we can get the bank to give us something in writing before we prceed to purchase a unit.
