Lengkong Tiga estate is almost unique on its own as it is surrounded by a host of private housing (landed properties and private condos/apartments). Its uniqueness will appeal to different group of buyers, where proximity to the public transport like MRT is not utmost important. Lengkong Tiga has traditionally command a good premium in terms of selling prices based on my observation. Quite a fair bit of the buyers who purchase Lengkong Tiga EMs are the downgraders from the landed properties in the area.
