Will property prices for Toa Payoh Lorong 8 go up now that the area has returned to PAP? ANd what measures are they taking to improve the overall environment and aesthetics for residents?

Hi audreyanne,

I am not sure if property prices for Lor 8 Toa Payoh has ever gone down. I'm keen to know the source of your information to verify such that I can better advise my clients like yourself. As for the improvements to the environment and others, I believe the elected Member of Parliament will be in a better position to advise you.
