Will it be possible to buy a HDB flat before selling one? Please advise.

Hi Faz,
Depending on sufficient cash/cpf monies you have to buy, it will be possible, but it would be safer to do a proper finance for both selling & buying of your property before you make any decisions, which I will always advise my clients.
