why some of the agents are not responding for whatsapp and call, then what is the use of listing properties?? is there any option to report agents in propertyguru?

Dear sir/mdm,
I understand your frustrations as I have also similar experiences while calling up fellow professionals in checking out cobroke listings. The thing is that most agents do not engage call centre services to answer incoming calls and enquiries, therefore while they are out and about in their activities, they may not be answering the calls and messages, and may have missed out in responding to missed calls and messages. I am guilty of missing out sometimes to clients too due to incoming workloads continuously.
It maybe an option for you to engage the services of an agent to carry out these shortlisting activities for you, while you carry on in more value added activities to avoid these frustrations. I believe that your time is definitely more valuable than spending in such calling and shortlisting activities. Leave it to the professionals.

If you don't have another agent, they just ignore you, as you didn't paid enough to get their attention.
This is really bad, the government should considering banning this from happening.
We don't need agents, when everything can be done online
