Hi The Tiran Sea,

It is because currently the demand of Singapore's private property is higher than the supply available. And I understand it might be a source of unhappiness when it seems out of reach.

Though I do believe people who don't stay in private properties can still live happily in this country :)

P.S I have helped many HDB owners who want to upgrade to private properties do so safely and comfortably - do let me know if you want to explore the options.

Thank you!

Hi

There are basically two broad category for residential housing. The private and public housing. The public housing is commonly call HDB.

There are various types of HDB from 2 room to executive. You may decide which type suits your requirement.

You may text 9620 0827  for a casual chat. I am not sure what you mean by poor people. Poor as in not able to afford to buy a home or poor as in, not able to invest.

Warmest regards

Dear The Tiran Sea,

With an efficient system in place and stable government policies, Singapore is attractive to foreign investors who have brought along their families to settle down here in our island nation, where density is 1 of the highest in the world. With our scarce land as our only resource, it is not difficult to understand why real estate prices are escalating and therefore it will be important to look into planning out our real estate portfolio as early as possible in order not to be priced out of the market.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my client's portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.
