Why is there the practice that some properties are already co-broke the minute they come on the market? This means that my agent who is sourcing for a flat for me will not show me the co-broke flats even if they meet my requirements right?

Hi Sir/Mdm,

Agents usually work in a group and they share their listings among their groups.

Hence the "co broked" listings are probably one of the listings that are available elsewhere as well. Meaning, if your agent is on the ball in looking out for suitable properties for you, he will be able to get you viewings for that unit, especially when he knows that the units suits your requirements perfectly.
