Why is the price of BTO Telok Blangah Ridgeview more or less the same as Resale Price? Usually all the BTO will be at least 100k cheaper than the resale flats in the same area. I'm juz puzzled with why the price is almost on par. The reason for us buying BTOs is because it's gg to cost us lesser den buying a resale flat in the same area. It's always been like this all this years. If the price is the same as Resale, everyone who have bought a resale flat instead. Is there any reason behind it that cause this BTO to be so ex..
