Why doesn't propertyguru open to direct advertising from owners? I believe there should be free competition between owners and agents in a free market. Moreover by allowing direct advertising from owners as well as agents, propertyguru could see itself earning more revenue.

PropertyGuru accepts listings from registered agents with CEA, with a subscription to PropertyGuru.
If you are the owner/seller, kindly engage one of the registered agents to assist you.
