Why can't owners directly post an offer on your PropertyGuru platform?

Hi Mr. Bernard,
This portal was initial designed for real estate salesperson to have a digital platform to display their listings instead of using the traditional platform such as newspaper.
All real estate salesperson are required to pay near to a thousand dollars subscription fee annually in order to post any advertisement here, thus not available to consumer now.
But due to over-explosive availability of digital platform available today, may be it will open up in the near future.
