Why can't 2 to 4 single citizen and SPRs below age 35 buy a HDB 2 room flexi till the last 2 re-buy the unit after they turn 35? It will be good for young people to stay in the block of "old" people over 35

This is Government policy. If you think you got a reason write in to HDB. I doubt you can do anything to it. IF you really got a case go to your meet the people session and ask your Member of Parliament to help to plead for it.
