Which recommended agency specialized in private and commercial properties?

Interesting question. I would like to find out why you have singled out these 2 segments of the real estate market to begin with?
Commercial real estate includes retail, industrial, office, buildings and etc and is not limited to buy, sell and rent.
Simmilarly, for private residential segment, we have condominium, apartments, landed home and is not limited to buy, sell and rent.
In all market segments, we have both the brand new and resale market.
By asking the question above, have you gotten an idea or direction on which is the main segment you wish to focus on? A typical commercial salesperson is likely mainly during office hours while a residential salesperson is likely to burn his weekends and public holidays. Not a must but in general.
