Hi,

1) There are different rates for the HDB and private. Not sure which type of property you are looking at.

2) For HDB:
UOB offered the best 3M-SORA rate at 2.67%.
DBS and OCBC offered the best-fixed rate at 2.75%

3) For private:
Standard Chart offers the best 3M-SORA rate at 2.62%
DBS and OCBC offered the best-fixed rate at 2.75%.

4) The above rates are only for reference as the bank can change their rates without any advance notice.
