Hi Jason,
The interest rates vary across the banks depending on the type of properties (HDB/private/commericial). Whether it's a fresh/re-finance as well and if it's under construction or completed etc.
I have a few good and responsive bankers which will be able to assist you should you need a quote for comparison.
