Historical data has shown that HDB units in matured estates especially those near MRT or amenities tend to outperform in an up market and retain their values better as compared to the rest. Location is key when it comes to purchasing a property, buying one in a good location will continue to draw demand from potential buyers.
From experience, Chinese buyers will prefer units with good direction, mid to high floor and preferably unblocked. These attributes will enable you to attract a greater pool of potential buyers.
