Where or which area is best to buy for HDB resale?

Dear Buyer,
The best buys are in and around the CBD. The biggest development will be at the GREATER SOUITHERN WATERFRONT in the south, in the next 40-50 years. Price appreciates faster in the south. You pay a little more but you gain a lot more later.
