Where can i find a person to value the house ?
How much do I had to pay?
What if I would like to sell it at $850K but the valuation result is less than that, what can I do in order to get the price I wan?

Dear owner,

$850k for HDB may still be achievable if the property is in prime location and has favourable conditions in terms of balance tenure, conditions, facing and level of the property.

As the current process of resale HDB requires buyer and seller to come to an agreement of price before submitting for valuation, even if you do a valuation now does not mean that the final valuation of the transaction is the same valuation of what you have done, therefore usually we will do an indicative valuation only and this can be done pretty easily.
