Where are the possible areas to buy a 1M Landed property (Terraced House with Freehold lease) which comprises with minimum 3 to 4 bedrooms?

What is the percentage of maximum loan & tenure if there my current property does not have any existing loan?

Could the potential property buy under my own name in order not to pay the Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD)

Hi,

It is not possible to get a Freehold landed property for $1m in Singapore.

If in any case it is possible, you will still not get this steal. Because the agent marketing the property would highly likely buy the property himself.
