Currently transacted price for 2-BRs are in the range of $850K to $900K. As this development is very conenient and near to MRT, you may set a higher price of $1100psf, which is still reasonable.
Estimated TOP will be early than stated in brochure, might be possible for late 2012 or early 2013.
