If you are referring to when is a good time to purchase a HDB unit, then I would say that now is a good time to purchase. Given that the market sentiment is weak and would probably continue till next year.

I would say it would be dependent on your preferred lifestyle and income status. Some people prefer to stay with their parents due to convenience and comfort. Other might prefer to have their own space to feel comfy in. With HDB unit, we are also talking about eligibility scheme. If you are sings SC, you will need to wait till you are 35 and above. If you are married, you can be prepared to buy one as long as you are above age of 21.
