Hi Tony,

Do not worry. If we manage the timeline for the selling and buying transactions properly, you are able to use the cash proceeds from the selling of your existing flat to pay for the COV.

Please call me at 98628691  to discuss.

Thanks.

Hi Tony

You may want to consider buying 4/5 room flat of DBSS where there is no COV and no levy fees provided you still meet the eligibility to buy new flat from HDB. DBSS is design, build and sell scheme where everything is done for you such as fully renovated flooring, include kitchen cabinets, aircon, toilet shower, central water heater and walk in wardrobe. A1 deco like condo fitting.

Check out my website for more details of DBSS

Please feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi Tony,

What you can do now is to start the process of marketing your unit and time it to complete before your purchase such that you may utilise the cash proceeds from you sale to pay up the COV.

Proper managements is important in such transactions therefore the salesperson assisting you must know what is to be expected.Let me know if I may assist you in anyway.

Hi Tony,

COV is paid during the HDB appointments. With proper financial and timeline planning of your current flat and the next purchase (5rm or EA), you will be able to do a smooth sale and purchase CONCURRENTLY which will help you solve the COV.

You can reach me at 9326 8847  to find out more about this planning process to make your upgrade an easy and successful one.

cheers,
