When a listing says "Sale with Tenancy" what exactly does it mean? New buyer has to continue to rent out the unit to the existing tenant till contract with tenant expires? Is there any other resolution possible? Thanks.

In Singapore's property market, "Sale with Tenancy" in a listing means the property is being sold while there's an existing tenancy agreement in place. Here's what it entails for the buyer:

New Buyer Becomes the Landlord:

Upon purchase, the new buyer becomes the legal landlord of the property, inheriting the existing tenancy agreement with the current tenant.
The terms and conditions of the existing tenancy agreement remain valid. This includes the rental amount, lease period, and any other clauses mentioned in the agreement.
